- The service is available to businesses registered and operating in India.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a business listing.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your business listing.
Business Listings
- You may only list real businesses that you own or are authorised to represent.
- Listings must not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Durvigo reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or that we determine to be spam, fake, or harmful.
- Business contact information (phone, WhatsApp) must be real and reachable.
Prohibited Content
- Listings for illegal businesses or services
- Fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials
- Impersonation of another business
- Spam or duplicate listings
- Offensive or harmful content
Limitation of Liability
Durvigo provides a directory platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses. Customers engage with businesses at their own discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Durvigo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
